Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the basis of the contract between Beeadventure Safari (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”). By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


1. Your Trip

1.1. Clients will receive a detailed itinerary outlining the destinations, activities, and services included in their safari to ensure clarity on what to expect.

1.2. While we make every effort to adhere to the agreed itinerary, unforeseen circumstances such as road closures, adverse weather, security concerns, or other unavoidable factors may necessitate changes. In such cases, we will inform you and provide suitable alternative arrangements, maintaining the quality and character of the itinerary.

1.3. Clients must acknowledge that conditions in Tanzania differ from those in developed countries. Sudden changes in government-regulated fees (e.g., national park fees) may occur. Beeadventure Safari reserves the right to pass these fees on to the client.


2. Booking and Payment Terms

2.1. A binding contract is established when:

  • We receive a deposit of 50% of the quoted price.
  • Full payment is made for bookings within 65 days of departure.

2.2. The balance of payment is due 65 days prior to your safari start date. Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking, with cancellation charges applied as outlined in Section 5.

2.3. Payments can only be made via bank wire/transfer. Bank details will be provided upon booking confirmation.


3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • 65+ days before departure: Deposit non-refundable.
  • 50-65 days before departure: 50% of the itinerary cost.
  • 0-50 days before departure: 100% of the itinerary cost.

3.2. International flight costs are non-refundable. Any changes to an itinerary after confirmation will incur a fee of €150.


4. Insurance

4.1. It is a condition of booking that all clients must obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance, which includes:

  • Medical expenses and emergency repatriation.
  • Optional coverage: cancellation/curtailment of the safari, emergency evacuation, theft/loss of personal belongings.

4.2. Beeadventure Safari is not liable for any losses incurred due to insufficient insurance coverage.


5. Passports and Visas

5.1. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure passports and visas are valid for entry into Tanzania. Most nationalities can obtain a tourist visa upon arrival ($50 per person; $100 for U.S. citizens).

5.2. Passports must have at least six months of validity from the date of return.


6. Travel Documents

6.1. All travel documents, including vouchers and e-tickets, will be provided two weeks before your departure.

6.2. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all provided documents. Notify us immediately of any discrepancies.


7. Health and Disabilities

7.1. Clients with medical conditions or disabilities must inform us at the time of booking to ensure suitable arrangements can be made. Failure to disclose such information may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.


8. Pricing and Surcharges

8.1. All prices on our website are per person, based on two people sharing, and are quoted in US dollars (US$). Prices exclude:

  • Passports, visas, tips, insurance, additional excursions, and personal expenses.

8.2. Prices are subject to change due to increases in local taxes, national park fees, or fuel surcharges. We reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.

8.3. Quotations are valid for two weeks unless otherwise stated.


9. Changes to Itinerary

9.1. After booking confirmation, requests to modify the itinerary will incur a fee of €150, subject to availability.


10. Liability

10.1. Beeadventure Safari will not be held liable for:

  • Losses due to delays, cancellations, or changes caused by unforeseen circumstances.
  • Personal injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.

10.2. Clients must comply with the laws and customs of Tanzania. Failure to do so may result in the termination of services without refund.


11. Governing Law

11.1. This contract is governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to Tanzanian jurisdiction.


12. Acceptance of Terms

12.1. By confirming your booking and making payment, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
