    Day 1: Arusha to Londorossi Gate to Mti Mkubwa (Big Tree Camp)

    Your journey begins as you depart from Arusha and head towards the Londorossi Gate, the starting point of the Lemosho Route on Mount Kilimanjaro. At the gate, you'll complete park registration and meet your trekking team. The first day's hike takes you to Mti Mkubwa, also known as Big Tree Camp. It's a relatively gentle hike, allowing you to start acclimatizing to the increasing altitude as you enter the lush rainforest zone.

    After a good night's rest and a hearty breakfast, you'll leave the rainforest behind, ascending on a steadily climbing path. The trail opens up to the Shira Plateau, and the temperatures begin to drop as you gain altitude, from 2785m to 3895m.

    The day starts with a descent into the Karanga Valley before ascending to Karanga Camp.     Leaving Karanga Camp, you'll climb to Barafu Camp, the last stop before the summit push. Barafu Camp is located at a high altitude, providing trekkers with time to rest and prepare mentally and physically for the challenging summit night.

The long descent takes you to Mweka Camp, where you'll rest, reflecting on your remarkable achievement.

    The final day of your Kilimanjaro adventure involves a descent through the lush rainforest.
