Activities:
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by Bee Adventure Safari representatives. Transfer to your hotel in Arusha or Moshi, where you can relax and prepare for your trek. Meet your guide for a comprehensive briefing and equipment check.

Activities:
Start your trek in Kilimanjaro’s lush rainforest, with opportunities to spot wildlife like colobus monkeys and exotic birds. The trail winds through dense vegetation, gradually ascending to Mti Mkubwa (Big Tree) Camp. Rest and enjoy dinner surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Activities:
Trek out of the rainforest and into the moorland zone, where the landscape opens up with breathtaking views of the Shira Plateau. Traverse volcanic formations and rolling hills before reaching Shira 1 Camp for a restful evening.

Activities:
Cross the expansive Shira Plateau, one of Kilimanjaro’s most scenic areas, with panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. The shorter trekking distance allows ample time for acclimatization as you approach Shira 2 Camp.

Activities:
Ascend to Lava Tower for acclimatization before descending slightly to Moir Hut, a remote and quiet camp with incredible views. This challenging day helps your body adjust to the altitude and prepares you for higher elevations.

Explore the less-traveled northern slopes with breathtaking vistas of Kenya’s plains. The trail gently undulates, making for a comfortable hike to Buffalo Camp. Enjoy a peaceful evening in this remote and picturesque location.

Activities:
Trek through a mix of moorland and alpine desert as you approach Third Cave Camp. This day offers magnificent views of the mountain’s northern flanks and ample time for rest and acclimatization.

Distance: ~5 km (3.1 miles)
Approx. Time: 4-5 hours

Activities:
Gradually ascend to School Hut, the base camp for your summit attempt. The trail offers a mix of challenging terrain and incredible scenery. Upon arrival, rest and prepare for the midnight push to Uhuru Peak.

Altitude: 4,800m (15,748 ft) to 5,895m (19,341 ft), then down to 3,080m (10,105 ft)
Distance: ~22 km (13.7 miles)
Approx. Time: 12-16 hours

Activities:
Start your summit attempt around midnight, climbing steadily to Gilman’s Point and then to Uhuru Peak. Celebrate your achievement with stunning sunrise views from the Roof of Africa. Descend to School Hut for a brief rest, then continue to Mweka Camp for the night.

Enjoy a final descent through the lush rainforest, reflecting on your incredible journey. Receive your summit certificates at Mweka Gate before transferring to Arusha or Moshi for a well-deserved celebration and relaxation at your lodge or hotel.
